We also have one of the best lending software in the industry where we offer a 100% digital journey to our customers.
The company has also seen immense growth with a growth rate of almost 100% from the year of establishment and is set to increase further in the current financial year.

About our Founder
Western Capital is the brain child of Mr. Anil Kumar Kejriwal, who has the passion to strive for the best in his businesses. This was proven from his other business ventures in India & Abroad. He has done his Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Sonoma University, California and an Expert in Domestic & International Manufacturing & Trade. He started his business as a small NBFC at Jharkand in early 2000’s and expanded his business empires to Africa, Europe & Middle East over the past 13 years.
In 2016 Mr. Anil Kejriwal found the need of Digitalization in the Indian Lending space and started his ground work on starting up a NBFC to serve the underserved segment of Indian lending Space. Western Capital got a licence in Jan 2019 to start the operations. Mr. Anil Kejriwal found the Niche’ of serving the small NBFC/Fintech to their growth capital as these segments are facing lot of credit crunch due to the recent change in approach by the RBI/Banks

Founder
Anil Kejriwal, with a management degree from Sonoma State University, California, brings 20+ years of expertise in finance, global trade, and manufacturing. In 2019, he founded WCAPL to cater to the digitalization needs of Indian lending, specializing in providing growth capital to small NBFCs and fintech firms amid changing RBI/Banks regulations.
Nilesh Ghuge
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Nilesh, JBIMS Mumbai grad and Chemical Engineer from LIT Nagpur, is a seasoned banking professional with 25+ years of diverse experience. He has worked with top organizations such as ICICI Bank Limited, Yes Bank, Reliance Commercial Finance, and L&T Finance, as well as startups like FinTree Finance and Cox and King Financial Services.

Surya Narayan is a seasoned professional with more than 17 years of leadership experience of Business Development, Team building, Risk Management, Policy framework. Having wider exposure of multiple products Micro LAP, Business Loan, Agribusiness, Commodity, KCC, Term loan, Micro-finance. He has worked as Business Head MSME at BFIL , IIFL Samasta also worked at Axis Bank, IDFC first Bank. He has completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar.

Shushant, a seasoned management professional with over 21 years of experience, specializes in scaling retail lending. With a diverse background spanning IIFL Samasta, Au SFB, IDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Deutsche post Bank, DHFL, and HDFC Ltd, he excels in managing high-growth scenarios and various retail asset products across regions.
Anirudh Saxena
Head Operations & Digitalisation
Anirudh has over 22 years of experience in the ITESS/BFSI sectors. He has held key positions of Head - Customer Experience, Operation, Strategic initiatives and Principal Nodal Officer across ICICI Bank, AXIS Bank and L&T Financial Services. With expertise in business builds, creating frameworks, digital lending, customer service and operations, he has spearheaded strategic initiatives driving business growth, large scale digital transformation, operational effectiveness and risk management.
Ritesh Jhanwar
Chief Financial Officer
Ritesh, with 12+ years in NBFCs, excels in P&L management and implementing robustcontrol frameworks. Formerly Deputy CFO at U GRO Capital, he's served at Arka Fincap, StarAgri Finance, and Edelweiss. Ritesh is a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and Commerce graduate from Rajasthan University.

With an MBA in Finance from NMIMS, ICWA, and a B.Com degree, Vijay brings over twenty years of experience in credit risk analysis within the financial services and rating industry. He has held positions at ICICI, CRISIL, and CARE, showcasing his expertise in the field.
Samruddhi Ganesh
Head -Wholesale Operations
Samruddhi is a qualified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Mumbai University. She is a seasoned BFSI professional with around 20 years’ experience in top organisations such as ICICI Bank, ECL Finance Ltd( Edelweiss Group). She has largely worked in Credit Operations and Credit Administration activities for Wholesale Lending business/Mid Corp/SME segments and Supply-Chain finance for MSME.She is a seasoned team leader and mentor, has vast experience in setting up new processes, conducting systems UAT and handling automation projects as well as audits, legal documentation, and regulatory compliances.

Vishal, an IT professional with an Executive PG in Data Science from IIT Bangalore, boasts 19+ years overseeing complex IT projects. His expertise spans NBFC, FinTech, Digital Agency, BPO, and KPO. He is a proven in-house LOS and LMS solutions developer for retail, MSME, and wholesale sectors.

Sankari Muthuraj, Associate Company Secretary from ICSI, joined WCAPL in Oct '22. She holds Post-Grad certificate and LL.B from Mumbai University. With 12+ years of experience, she is adept in secretarial, legal, compliance functionalities. She has previously worked with Batliboi Ltd, KJMC Financial Services, and Agriwise Finserv.
