Mr. Nilesh, JBIMS Mumbai grad and Chemical Engineer from LIT Nagpur, is a seasoned banking professional with 25+ years of diverse experience. He has worked with top organizations such as ICICI Bank Limited, Yes Bank, Reliance Commercial Finance, and L&T Finance, as well as startups like FinTree Finance and Cox and King Financial Services.

Head Retail Business
Sameer holds a university degree from Mumbai, specializing in Chemistry, and brings 24 years of retail lending expertise. He has worked with top institutions like ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, and Yes Bank during their startup phases, and has played a key role in scaling up business operations from scratch at Ambit Finvest in his last assignment.

Retail Lending

With a vision aligned with the nation's development towards an INR 5 Tn economy, we aim to catalyze transformative financial solutions, empowering local businesses for grassroots economic progress.
Financial Institution (FI)/ Non FI Loans:
We provide Term Loans and Working Capital Loans tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients across two distinct segments:
- Financial Institutions (FI) Segment: This encompasses NBFCs, HFCs, MSMEs, MFIs, Fintech companies, and other Financial Institutes.
- Non-Financial Institutions (Non-FI) Segment: This primarily includes MSMEs.
Supply Chain Finance:
We offer three main broad products:
We provide Vendors with a Credit Line facility, typically backed by Anchors' guarantees. This service is extended against Vendors' Invoices submitted to the Anchor, facilitating early payments for the vendors. Anchors benefit from extended repayment periods, often up to 90 days, optimising their cash flow management and enhancing efficiency in vendor capacity utilisation.
In addition to Credit Line facilities, we offer Purchase Invoice Discounting (PID). With PID, the facility is extended to the anchor, allowing disbursements against each invoice the anchor owes its vendors. Repayment is typically scheduled at the end of the tenure, usually within 90 days.
Lastly, we offer dealer financing solutions which include a default loss guarantee provided by the anchor. Through a thorough appraisal process based on predefined credit norms, we extend financing to approved dealers. In the event of defaults by dealers, the anchor assumes a predetermined extent of loss, as agreed upfront.
Partnership Lending (Co lending/Business correspondent) :
We extend loans to retail borrowers through strategic partnerships with both digital lending and non-digital lending partners. These collaborations may take the form of Business Correspondent (BC) arrangements or co-lending initiatives, where the partner contributes a portion of the funding. In these arrangements, partners provide a default loss guarantee to WCAPL. Each program is governed by a meticulously crafted credit policy, and the ultimate decision to grant a loan rests with WCAPL. Our product offerings include a diverse range, such as Business Loans, Agricultural Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Education Loans, 2 Wheeler Loans, Personal Loans, and more.
Loan Against Property (LAP)
A Loan Against Property (LAP) is a secured loan where borrowers pledge their residential or commercial property as collateral to obtain funds from WCAPL. This loan allows borrowers to unlock the value of their property for various purposes such as business expansion, debt consolidation, or personal expenses, with repayment terms typically ranging from several years to decades. The loan amount is determined based on the property's market value and the borrower's repayment capacity.
Affordability Home Loan (HL)
An Affordable Home Loan is a type of mortgage designed to assist low to moderate-income individuals or families in purchasing a house with favourable terms, including lower interest rates, extended repayment periods, or reduced down payment requirements. These loans aim to make homeownership more accessible to a wider demographic, fostering housing affordability and promoting social and economic stability.
Unsecured Business Loan (BL)
An Unsecured Business Loan for Micro and Small Enterprises is a financing option that doesn't require collateral, allowing MSEs to access funds without risking valuable assets. Typically offered based on the borrower's creditworthiness and business performance, these loans offer flexibility in terms of usage, helping MSEs address working capital needs, expand operations, or invest in growth opportunities without the burden of asset pledging.
